Orana Regional United Malayalee Association (ORUMA) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to the Malayalee community living in the Orana region. As a cultural cornerstone, ORUMA plays a vital role in organizing a wide array of arts, literary, and cultural activities that celebrate and preserve the vibrant heritage of Kerala.
The primary mission of ORUMA is to unite the community by fostering a strong sense of identity, tradition, and shared values. Through its events and initiatives, ORUMA promotes togetherness, cultural pride, and active community participation.

In a continued show of compassion and community spirit, Oruma Charity Foundation handed over its third home, a wheelchair-accessible residence, to Mr Appu’s family in December 2023, reflecting our strong commitment to inclusive support. With two more homes currently underway, Oruma remains steadfast in its mission to provide dignity and shelter to families in need.
